What you will do
- Own the end-to-end UX of a global integration platform, from early concepts to shipped features.
- Design interactions for complex automation pipelines, dashboards, and API tooling.
- Collaborate directly with product managers, developers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap.
- Establish the foundations of a UX research practice by running usability tests and gathering user feedback.
- Develop UX standards and design patterns to ensure consistency across the platform.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and experience with complex, data-heavy interfaces.
- Proven experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability tests.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to engineers and stakeholders.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Preference for location near Espoo, Finland.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B tools, or products for technical users.
- Contribution to or development of a design system.
- Experience with UX artifacts such as journey maps, personas, or service blueprints.
- Experience working in small or scaling teams.
