Product Designer (Medtech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Medtech): Leading end-to-end design processes for medication management systems with an accent on user journey mapping, complex service flows, and cross-cultural product adaptation. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Finland (Helsinki or Salo). This is a hybrid role requiring valid EU work authorization.

What you will do

• Lead design projects from initial problem framing to production-ready UI.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with R&D to conduct user interviews and usability evaluations.
• Build and test prototypes to validate design decisions early.
• Contribute to the design system and write user-centered interface copy.
• Ensure accessibility is integrated throughout the design process.

Requirements

• Valid EU work authorization and eligibility to work in Finland.
• Proven experience in product, service, UX, or interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both designers and stakeholders.
• Experience designing for international products or diverse cultural contexts.

• Experience in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries.
