What you will do

• Develop and maintain a unified internal design system and scalable Figma component libraries.
• Design intuitive, polished interfaces that reflect the premium quality of physical products.
• Streamline design-to-development handoff processes in collaboration with frontend developers.
• Act as a key design expert for product management, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
• Balance ambitious future vision with hands-on foundation building for the digital ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong background in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing systematic design thinking.
• Deep expertise in Figma and building/managing component libraries.
• Ability to work on-site at the Tampere HQ on a regular basis.
• Professional proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication.
• Experience designing for complex ecosystems such as mobile devices or smart hardware.
