Creative Project Management Intern (Marketing)

What you will do

• Support the planning and organization of multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and generate ideas for gifting and marketing activations to engage clients.
• Research merchandise, gifts, and innovative concepts for event attendance and internal activities.
• Coordinate events from A to Z, including ticket purchasing, shipping, and supporting creative sprints like photoshoots.
• Assist in creating awards applications and case studies to showcase company achievements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business.
• Available for 5-6 months (32-40 hours per week) starting September 2026.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to project management.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of design tools such as Canva.
