What you will do

• Own carrier integrations end-to-end from technical negotiation to go-live and maintenance.
• Act as the primary bridge between internal engineering teams and external carrier partners.
• Conduct feasibility assessments for new integrations and map requirements across the organization.
• Triage and prioritize bugs to maintain high platform quality.
• Drive release processes, including technical documentation and feature rollouts.
• Monitor API changes in carrier markets to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in technical project management, technical account management, or similar coordination roles.
• Technical degree (HBO or higher).
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English required; proficiency in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Polish is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and quality-focused mindset.
