What you will do
- Lead the digital innovation roadmap for F&B, aligning it with business goals and customer expectations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and scaling of digital platforms.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Concept Development to deploy tools such as Kiosks, QR ordering, and Self-Checkout.
- Design and deliver hands-on training programs and onboarding materials for operations teams.
- Analyze platform performance data to refine digital customer journeys and drive commercial results.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements to ensure platforms are secure and scalable.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management (Hotelschool) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations and digital project management.
- Proven success in leading complex, multi-market digital implementations.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, IT ecosystems, and cloud-based tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Location: Must be based in the Amsterdam Office.
