What you will do

• Challenge domains and entities regarding Business Resilience, Third Party, and BCM risks and controls.
• Support the COO domain by providing expertise on risk management and identifying updated risks.
• Monitor and challenge the risk profile of the first line of responsibility.
• Run projects to implement changes to the risk and control framework, including new policies, risks, and reporting.
• Measure and report risk exposures and trends to Risk Management Committees, the managing board, and the supervisory board.

Requirements

• Relevant Master's degree in an IT-related field.
• Professional certifications: CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or RE.
• Sound understanding of identity & access management, secure cloud computing, and secure architecture.
• Deep knowledge of operational and non-financial risk management analytics.
• Proven project management and organizational skills with ability to manage stakeholders.
• Detailed understanding of the current regulatory environment for IT and operational risks.

Nice to have

• Formal BCM and Third Party Management qualifications.
• Proven track record in project and change management.
• Prior knowledge of the hirify.global organization.
