What you will do

• Coordinate purchasing activities for R&D samples, prototypes, and mass production.
• Manage supplier collaboration including forecasting, claims, and RFQ involvement.
• Monitor deliveries, handle overdue shipments, and manage invoice controls.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, pricing, and stock records within the ERP system.
• Lead PLM development responsibilities and support EU Intrastat reporting.
• Collaborate with Quality and R&D teams on complaint handling and process improvements.

Requirements

• Valid EU work authorization required
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with PLM/PDM tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Dutch language proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Background in the medical devices industry.
