What you will do

• Manage IT procurement requests and invoice processing via ERP systems.
• Coordinate payments and ensure accurate documentation and approvals.
• Monitor procurement tickets and operational workflows to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
• Handle vendor onboarding and maintain compliance records.
• Support continuous improvement of supply operations processes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT, Procurement, or Supply Operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Must be authorized to work in the country of application
