What you will do

• Lead the execution of daily planning cycles for box routes, pickups, and linehaul operations.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with transport partners to coordinate and organize pick-up rides.
• Optimize logistics costs using data-driven insights to ensure high efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks and growth challenges within the Benelux region.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to implement practical zero-emission solutions for Dutch and Belgian markets.
• Run pilots and experiments to continuously improve planning efficiency and execution.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a planning or logistics environment.
• HBO-level degree or higher.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Tableau, and SQL.
• Must be able to work from the office in Amsterdam Noord.
