What you will do

• Procure services contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Draft contracts and review terms and conditions in alignment with the law department
• Issue RFPs and negotiate commercial proposals with bidders
• Create and manage contracts within SAP systems
• Resolve complex problems affecting the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of contracting activities
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on procurement status

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in procurement or contracting
• Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Law, Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting across various goods and services
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
