What you will do

• Produce technical content including blog posts, walkthroughs, reference architectures, and YouTube videos.
• Build a comprehensive hirify.global Academy course covering basic and advanced infrastructure automation patterns.
• Conduct webinars and represent hirify.global at industry conferences like HashiConf, KubeCon, and FOSDEM.
• Engage with the community on Slack, GitHub, and Reddit to gather feedback for the product team.
• Train internal sales and solution engineering teams on infrastructure use cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration platforms such as Terraform Cloud, Ansible Tower, or Spacelift.
• Technical proficiency in YAML and at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and technical writing skills for an engineering audience.
• Ability to work independently and articulate clear opinions on infrastructure tool quality.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Developer Advocate, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Evangelist.
• Experience managing a technical YouTube channel or podcast.
• Existing presence or influence within the infrastructure orchestration community.
