What you will do

• Design and build custom infrastructure solutions and scalable automations when standard tools are insufficient.
• Deploy and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
• Develop, debug, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and product teams to balance velocity with stability and security.
• Apply software engineering principles to solve complex infrastructure and scalability problems.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Kubernetes, including deploying and maintaining production workloads.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Pulumi (TypeScript), Terraform, or Ansible.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, but AWS or GCP are also acceptable.
• Software engineering proficiency in Golang and/or Python (beyond basic scripting).
• English: B2+/C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments (ISO 27001, SOC2) with integrated security.
• Prior experience as a DevOps or SRE embedded within development teams.
• Broad understanding of system performance, observability, and incident response processes.
