DevOps Engineer – Application and Product Development

hirify.global is building a predictive maintenance platform for monitoring industrial machines and identifying potential operational issues before they impact production.

What you will do

• Monitor the platform and troubleshoot failures across the IT environment.
• Improve deployment, monitoring, operations, and support processes.
• Design, deliver, and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Work with developers, architects, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Improve the platform’s reliability, maintainability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience is required.
• Strong Terraform experience and knowledge of Microsoft Azure or another public cloud.
• Experience with Linux/RHEL administration, networking, databases, NginX, and HAProxy.
• Knowledge of Bash, Helm, GitOps, packaging, CI/CD automation, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, analytical ability, ownership, and effective collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience removing configuration drift, addressing technical debt, and migrating resources within Terraform-managed state.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, BitBucket, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, production support, and incident troubleshooting.
• Experience with Ansible and Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
