What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of integrated advertising and media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Direct annual integrated advertising and media plans across paid, owned, and retail media channels.
- Manage relationships with external advertising, media, and digital agencies to ensure campaign delivery and performance.
- Lead weekly performance reviews and QBRs to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across marketing, retail media, digital, and analytics teams to ensure coordinated campaign implementation.
- Oversee advertising measurement frameworks and strategic reporting to support commercial decision-making.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a multichannel media role.
- Hands-on expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Digital OOH, and CTV.
- Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into integrated media plans.
- Strong agency management skills with experience as a primary point of contact.
- Data-literate with proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills.
