Location: Predominantly based in the London office, with some distributed working allowed.

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Design Officer to align and elevate Design efforts across the business, product, and brand.
• Develop systems for actionable visibility of key work and foster effective collaboration between Design, Marketing, and Product.
• Operationalize processes to ensure brand consistency and high quality across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Scale and champion the adoption of the hirify.global Design System across teams.
• Lead talent acquisition, inclusive growth, and the development of progression frameworks and onboarding for the Design org.
• Craft internal and external communication strategies for the Chief Design Officer and the wider Design organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in operationalizing design processes within a rapidly evolving tech environment.
• Proven track record in nurturing design disciplines including Brand Design, Product Design, and User Research.
• Experience in attracting, retaining, and elevating diverse, world-class talent.
• Ability to develop lightweight systems for cross-functional visibility and asynchronous insight sharing.
• Strategic vision for scaling design teams globally and addressing skill gaps.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
