Chief Of Staff, Design (Fintech): Partnering with the Chief Design Officer to drive the impact of the Design team across business, product, and brand with an accent on operational efficiency, program management, and strategic communication. Location: Predominantly based in the London office, with some distributed working allowed.
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Incentive Awards

What you will do
- Partner with the Chief Design Officer to align and elevate Design efforts across the business, product, and brand.
- Develop systems for actionable visibility of key work and foster effective collaboration between Design, Marketing, and Product.
- Operationalize processes to ensure brand consistency and high quality across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Scale and champion the adoption of the Design System across teams.
- Lead talent acquisition, inclusive growth, and the development of progression frameworks and onboarding for the Design org.
- Craft internal and external communication strategies for the Chief Design Officer and the wider Design organization.
Requirements
- Strong experience in operationalizing design processes within a rapidly evolving tech environment.
- Proven track record in nurturing design disciplines including Brand Design, Product Design, and User Research.
- Experience in attracting, retaining, and elevating diverse, world-class talent.
- Ability to develop lightweight systems for cross-functional visibility and asynchronous insight sharing.
- Strategic vision for scaling design teams globally and addressing skill gaps.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
