TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (B2B): Designing and building B2B and B2B2C platforms and internal operational tools for Europe’s rail ecosystem with an accent on aggregation and distribution strategies. Focus on leading discovery, creating scalable design patterns for external partners, and optimizing internal tooling workflows.

Location: Hybrid in London (minimum 60% office attendance over a 12-week period)

Salary: £65K – £75K

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for B2B and B2B2C product areas, from discovery to developer handoff
• Lead collaborative discovery activities, including workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and research sprints
• Design intuitive experiences for rail operators, travel partners, white-label platforms, and internal operational tools
• Translate complex partner requirements into scalable, developer-ready design solutions balancing business and technical constraints
• Deliver features for the hirify.global Business suite, including seat maps, fare displays, and carrier integrations
• Contribute to the evolution of the design practice by experimenting with AI-assisted workflows and tooling

Requirements

• Experience designing complex B2B or B2B2C products, such as enterprise tooling or operational platforms
• Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on scalable design patterns, detailed specifications, and logical user flows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions across Product, Engineering, and commercial teams
• Ability to use data, experimentation, and customer insight to inform design decisions and measure impact
• Proficiency in creating compelling storytelling presentations and detailed developer-ready specifications
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid setup

• Experience with AI tools such as Figma, Codex, Claude Code, or similar platforms
