What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, focusing on agent orchestration and multi-step workflows.
• Design and execute experiments, POCs, and pilot deployments to validate agentic solutions and de-risk technical assumptions.
• Prototype system prompts and tool schemas while collaborating with engineering on context management and multi-model architecture tradeoffs.
• Establish agent evaluation frameworks (task completion, reasoning quality, safety) and define success metrics for production readiness.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through phased rollouts, producing high-quality PRDs and decision logs.
• Collaborate with AWS Solution Architects and C-level stakeholders to align on technical approach and deployment strategies.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in product management or solutions engineering with proven experience shipping production AI products at scale.
• Deep fluency in LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agentic systems (planning, tool use, HITL).
• Proficiency in the AWS AI ecosystem, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Ability to prototype AI solutions using tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Copilot.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience driving alignment among Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Software engineering or coding background in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Previous experience in agency or consulting delivery.
• Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
• Familiarity with open-source LLM ecosystems like Llama or Mistral.
