Location: Remote within Canada
Salary: CA$110,000 – CA$125,000

What you will do
- Design and refine intuitive user interfaces, layouts, and interactive components to enhance usability and engagement.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Develop and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes to rapidly validate concepts and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Apply principles of behavioral psychology and economics to improve user engagement, retention, and learning motivation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Artists to ensure cohesive execution of the visual design.
- Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving feedback within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI, interaction design, and visual design within digital products, gaming, or EdTech.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and the ability to solve complex UX challenges.
- Experience conducting user research and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms.
- Solid understanding of behavioral design principles and their influence on user engagement.
- Must be based in Canada.

- Familiarity with integrating AI tools into design workflows for research, prototyping, or content generation.
