UX/UI Manager (E-commerce)

Salary: $150,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3 UX/UI Designers, fostering a culture of growth and creative excellence.
• Define and execute the UX roadmap in alignment with organizational growth initiatives and business objectives.
• Oversee the design of end-to-end customer journeys from research and wireframes to interactive prototypes and high-fidelity comps.
• Champion the consistent adoption and evolution of the design system across the UX team and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure design intent is maintained through development.
• Drive the use of user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions and measure outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio covering web and mobile platforms.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience coaching designers at various levels.
• Proficiency in Figma, including experience building and maintaining design system libraries.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel occasionally to Atlanta, GA.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce UX/UI design within the retail or consumer goods sector.
• Familiarity with design system frameworks like Chakra UI or Material UI.
• Experience with UserTesting or Adobe Analytics for interpreting user behavior.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
