What you will do

• Create high-fidelity visual UI designs ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
• Develop interface systems, components, typography, and visual languages across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, and developers to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Produce prototypes and motion concepts using Figma and AI-assisted design platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual or UI design, ideally in agencies or product environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand systems and multi-channel digital interfaces.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills for international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
