What you will do

  • Achieve bookings quotas and KPIs for assigned accounts in the Eastern Europe territory.
  • Generate new business and growth through cold calling, outbound activities, and strategic action plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer engagement process in close collaboration with channel partners.
  • Implement 'BaseLine Selling' and MEDDPICC sales methodologies in daily interactions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales forecasts, and CRM data according to internal SLAs.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Sales Engineers, to meet renewal KPIs.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in sales, including acquisition, development, and retention processes.
  • Experience selling IT solutions through channel partners (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for activity logging and forecasting.
  • Fluent verbal and written English.
  • Legal authorization to work in Hungary without requiring employer sponsorship.
