What you will do
- Achieve bookings quotas and KPIs for assigned accounts in the Eastern Europe territory.
- Generate new business and growth through cold calling, outbound activities, and strategic action plans.
- Manage the end-to-end customer engagement process in close collaboration with channel partners.
- Implement 'BaseLine Selling' and MEDDPICC sales methodologies in daily interactions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales forecasts, and CRM data according to internal SLAs.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Sales Engineers, to meet renewal KPIs.
Requirements
- Professional experience in sales, including acquisition, development, and retention processes.
- Experience selling IT solutions through channel partners (preferred).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for activity logging and forecasting.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Legal authorization to work in Hungary without requiring employer sponsorship.
