What you will do

• Manage production line processes for planar transformers and new product lines.
• Conduct daily failure analysis and drive root cause verification to improve process capability.
• Lead new equipment and fixture validation, pilot runs, and buy-off processes.
• Optimize process documentation including PFMEA, CP, SOP, and WI.
• Maintain PPH and BOM data to ensure production efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects using Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in electronics or mechatronics engineering.
• Familiarity with magnetic processes, products, and materials.
• Proficiency in function testing, hi-pot testing, and statistical analysis tools.
• English: Good command of speaking, reading, and writing required for communication with international stakeholders.
• Experience with Minitab and standard office software.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 Quality System and VDA6.3 is preferred.
