Associate Manufacturing Engineer

Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing): Building and maintaining production assembly/test instructions and engineering support for manufacturing programs with an accent on producibility, design integrity, quality, and troubleshooting in a high-paced factory environment. Salary: $75,000.00–$90,000.00 annually

What you will do

• Provide production assembly/test instructions, training, and monitoring to maintain production.
• Evaluate, request, and implement equipment to meet production requirements.
• Assure and maintain design integrity, producibility, and quality in production products.
• Support other hirify.global departments with product engineering to improve quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate technical communications with program management, sales, and purchasing for customers and suppliers.
• Support MRB analyses and corrective actions (including participation on the CAB as required).

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or comparable) with 0–2 years of experience, or an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of applicable manufacturing experience.
• Electronics experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn with introductory exposure to circuit card assemblies (PCBs/CCAs), cable assemblies, or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to follow and update processes, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting, repair, and rework activities.
• US Export Controlled Information access is required.
