Process Engineer (Electronics)

Salary: €3,500–€4,500 (including monthly bonus) before taxes

What you will do

• Analyze and coordinate technical documentation for production.
• Train assembly and adjustment technicians on technological processes and repair methods.
• Participate in the launch of new products and optimize equipment load.
• Analyze defects in assembled devices, perform troubleshooting, and implement repair methods.
• Supervise repair and product testing processes.
• Assemble and adjust collimators and testing stands for mass production and quality control.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in electronics, radio engineering, or instrumentation engineering.
• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics, including microcontrollers and interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and optimize technical processes.
• Language skills: Lithuanian, Russian, and English.
• Strong computer skills.
