What you will do

• Lead the Connections Planning team specifically for the Marks and Spencer account.
• Translate audience insights into actionable media strategies and targeted audiences across addressable and non-addressable media.
• Design the connections ecosystem and plan in close collaboration with channel specialists.
• Act as the key liaison between clients and channel specialists for day-to-day campaign management.
• Develop and implement measurement and testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance.
• Manage the account's planning team and contribute to Business Director board meetings.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading senior client relationships and managing multi-disciplinary agency teams.
• Proven expertise in media planning craft and a deep understanding of current industry trends.
• Ability to create holistic measurement frameworks, including setting KPIs and tracking methods.
• Strong people management skills and a high degree of organizational ability to manage workflow.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
