What you will do

• Lead product development projects through all phases of a traditional stage-gate model.
• Manage project planning, expectation alignment, quality, risk, and change management.
• Maintain oversight of financial and technical frameworks and project timelines.
• Engage in close dialogue with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Report on project progress and drive continuous improvement of R&D methods and processes.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bachelor level or higher).
• Experience as a project manager within an R&D function.
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with product development in a cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prince2 methodologies.
