What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from kickoff to closure and client acceptance.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while monitoring budget and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, business analysts, and consultants.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across the hirify.global portfolio.
• Create and maintain project documentation using Jira, Salesforce, and OpenAir.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and guide IT infrastructure preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, specifically software implementations.
• Experience delivering results to external clients in a professional services (billable) context.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills in negotiation, planning, and project reporting.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar professional accreditation.
• Experience with SaaS implementation.
