Compensation: $228,000 - $325,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AI product strategy for Azure hirify.global Files, including roadmap prioritization and competitive positioning.
• Translate emerging AI patterns like LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows into concrete product requirements.
• Partner with Microsoft engineering teams to align storage capabilities with Azure AI services and GPU infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, marketing, and sales to ship and validate new AI-centric features.
• Represent the product as a technical executive in industry forums, advisory councils, and customer briefings.
• Tailor storage strategies for data-intensive industries such as semiconductor, manufacturing, and financial services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise storage, or AI/ML platforms.
• Deep technical command of enterprise storage semantics (NFS/SMB, snapshots, replication, performance tiers).
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI stacks, including RAG architectures, vector retrieval, and enterprise data pipelines.
• Proven ability to influence engineering and partner roadmaps without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives, engineers, and strategic customers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure Kubernetes Service, or NVIDIA AI software stacks.
• Background in regulated industries and enterprise security/governance for AI data.
• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
