What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to influence hiring strategies and align priorities with business goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
• Develop and iterate on job descriptions, screening rubrics, and hiring workflows.
• Source passive talent using creative channels beyond standard platforms.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in recruiting excellence.
• Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Must be within commuting distance of Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
• Significant experience hiring for both business and technical roles at high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles of varying complexity.
