What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to influence hiring strategies and align priorities with business goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Develop and iterate on job descriptions, screening rubrics, and hiring workflows.
- Source passive talent using creative channels beyond standard platforms.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in recruiting excellence.
- Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Must be within commuting distance of Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
- Significant experience hiring for both business and technical roles at high-growth startups.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles of varying complexity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and hiring metrics.
- Passion for candidate experience and building teams from the ground up.
