What you will do

• Lead an interdisciplinary innovation team focused on filtration.
• Manage the development of new filtration products from concept through prototyping to handover.
• Provide technical leadership in fluid mechanics, pressure systems, and material science.
• Plan and evaluate laboratory trials, prototype testing, and validation programs.
• Foster an innovation culture and develop laboratory standards and methods.
• Collaborate with New Product Development, product management, production, and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or natural sciences (Master's preferred).
• Experience in product development or R&D within filtration or fluid technology industries.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of filtration principles, fluid mechanics, and pressure systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to complex development tasks.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
