What you will do

• Supervise and manage the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance departments.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Select and implement new equipment and technologies to enhance performance and safety.
• Analyze product requirements for jigs/fixtures and prevent assembly-related defects.
• Evaluate production line layouts and coordinate machine installation feasibility.
• Participate in APQP, FMEA, and new product launch planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or system implementation.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
• Certified training in 5S, Safety Management, ISO 9001/IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Samut Prakan facility.
