What you will do
- Own and administer HubSpot for sales and marketing, including onboarding and training new team members.
- Design and optimize workflows, automations, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and CRM reporting.
- Build and launch campaign landing pages, iterating on messaging, CTAs, and lead flows.
- Manage marketing attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, and CRM analytics to ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to rapidly execute GTM initiatives and build scrappy growth solutions.
- Identify operational gaps in the funnel and implement scalable fixes to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HubSpot, RevOps, GTM Systems, CRM Administration, or Marketing Operations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot workflows, automations, landing pages, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing attribution, and funnel conversion.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth startup environments.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Based in Shenzhen, China.
