Product Manager (Technical)

Product Manager (Technical): Own the Generic Means digital product at global scale, driving short- and long-term roadmaps, quarterly planning, and release delivery with an accent on stakeholder alignment, scalable productization, and onboarding experience. What you will do

• Own the Generic Means product globally, maintaining short- and long-term roadmaps and driving continuous improvements in productization and feature coverage.
• Align product direction, priorities, and context with stakeholders across business, IT, architects, security experts, designers, and downstream/upstream squads.
• Build and maintain a product backlog aligned with the overall product area roadmap, partnering with product area lead, tech chapter lead, and PM peers.
• Design processes and detail scalable product specifications using standardized principles at the area level.
• Develop requirements throughout product development in the form of Epics and Features, and lead product release planning with interdependent teams.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate impediments affecting Release/Sprint Goals; improve onboarding experience and consumer adoption using metrics and feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as Product Owner/Manager delivering technology products/software solutions.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Agile Scrum experience.
• Ability to define requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes needed to address them.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technology and business teams, with clear and concise decision-making.
• English (advanced).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of authentication and security concepts for web and mobile applications (e.g., 2-factor authentication, authorization, cryptography).
• Experience with microservices and cloud technology.
• Backlog management from Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an IT-related field.
