What you will do

• Assess and diagnose hearing loss using a wide range of audiometric techniques.
• Report assessment results in writing and make necessary referrals to medical practitioners.
• Recommend hearing solutions including amplification, implantable devices, and assistive listening tools.
• Provide counseling, advice, and aural rehabilitation programs to clients and their families.
• Assist in developing noise control and hearing conservation strategies.
• Manage communication disorders resulting from age, disability, injury, or disease.

Requirements

• University Audiology qualification or TAFE Audiometry Qualification.
• Full membership of AudA or ACAud (including HAASA) and a current QP number.
• The right to live and work in Australia.
• Proven clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality client experiences.
• Ability to network effectively with GPs and other allied health professionals.
• Commitment to continued professional development and achieving KPIs.
