What you will do

• Respond to patient inquiries via a ticketing system with clear, empathetic communication.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address patient concerns and provide support.
• Assess and review incoming pre-approvals for clinical appropriateness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-standard patient care.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a nurse.
• Recent graduate with clinical experience in a nursing or pharmacy setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts (7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, 5 days a week, Monday-Sunday).
• Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.
