What you will do

• Support Customer Care health escalations in veterinarian capacity, working with Vet Nurse team
• Maintain Customer Care knowledge base on product, nutrition, and health topics
• Support training of Vet Nurses and Customer Care team on relevant topics
• Collaborate cross-functionally on health and nutrition topics
• Support Vet Partnerships team with clinical and nutrition questions and participate in related activities
• Foster a growth-oriented, positive, and high-performance culture aligned to the mission

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of veterinary experience
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new tools
• Organised with high attention to detail
• Willingness to learn dog nutrition and wellness
• Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must love pets
