What you will do

• Respond to patient inquiries via a ticketing system and phone with clear, empathetic communication.
• Assess and review incoming pre-approvals to ensure clinical appropriateness.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-standard patient care.
• Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• AHPRA registration as a pharmacist or nurse.
• Recent graduate with clinical experience in a pharmacy or nursing setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining clinical information.
• Ability to work in shifts (7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm), 5 days a week.
• High attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.
