What you will do

• Drive fundamental advances in agentic AI, including new execution models, orchestration frameworks, and stateful runtime architectures.
• Lead incubation projects for next-generation enterprise agentic systems, including reasoning architectures and multi-agent coordination patterns.
• Influence core architectural decisions for Agentforce regarding agent determinism, A2A protocols, and long-running async workflows.
• Partner with strategic customers to co-design and implement production-ready AI agent solutions.
• Produce technically rigorous design documents, whitepapers, and external presentations for executive leadership and the developer community.

Requirements

• Expertise in distributed systems, stateful runtimes, and LLM-based agent architectures.
• Experience building orchestration frameworks, graph-based execution engines, or agent DSLs.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience in cloud-native infrastructure.
• Proven track record of shipping durable technical artifacts such as platforms, frameworks, or open-source projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage both developers and C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Experience in the open-source community or a background in developer advocacy.
• Familiarity with hirify.global platform primitives like Flow, Apex, Einstein, and metadata.
• Background in ML infrastructure, data engineering, or AI platform development.
• Knowledge of language/compiler design, specifically for DSL authoring systems.
