Salary: $70,000–$75,000

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to increase mission awareness through community partnerships, promotions, and grassroots initiatives.
• Lead relationship building and stewardship efforts to strengthen engagement across rural and northern Maine communities.
• Serve as the primary execution and logistics lead for the chapter’s two major galas and annual telethon.
• Manage all external third-party fundraising events and community-led initiatives.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with businesses, civic organizations, and volunteer fundraisers.
• Coordinate community speaking engagements to promote mission awareness and fundraising opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, stewardship, or event management with a proven track record of increasing revenue.
• Willingness to travel statewide.
• Experience with peer-to-peer fundraising and supporting platforms (e.g., OneCause).
• Strong project management and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.
