What you will do
- Lead end-to-end development of utility-scale energy storage and generation projects from early assessment through to Ready-to-Build (RTB).
- Manage third-party developers, consultants, and internal cross-functional teams to drive critical decisions and stage-gate readiness.
- Own development budgets, schedules, and risk management reporting for the US portfolio.
- Secure key project agreements, land control, and environmental/community permits with relevant authorities.
- Drive grid interconnection and utility coordination through applications and studies to achieve bankable outcomes.
- Define project scope and requirements to ensure deliverables support financing and long-term value creation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (participation in E-Verify is required).
- 15 years of related experience (Bachelor's), 12 years (Master's), or 8 years (PhD).
- 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically in the Energy Generation or Energy Storage industries.
- Proven experience developing projects from origination/acquisition through approvals and grid connections.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
