Senior Software Engineer - Streaming & Systems (AI)

Base pay: $177,300–$265,900 USD per year, plus potential bonus

What you will do

• Explore, prototype, validate, and ship performance-sensitive systems that improve reliability, developer velocity, and user experience.
• Build low-level software in C/C++, primarily for Linux environments.
• Develop capabilities across game streaming, platform software, infrastructure, developer tooling, and cloud-enabled products.
• Use AI-native workflows for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, automation, and rapid prototyping.
• Investigate how cloud-delivered experiences can outperform local experiences.
• Debug complex systems issues and collaborate with specialists across streaming, platform, infrastructure, and cloud domains.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience or a degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent background.
• Strong C/C++ skills and deep Linux systems experience.
• Practical fluency with AI-native engineering workflows, including coding agents, LLM-assisted debugging, test generation, and automation.
• Experience with systems-oriented or performance-sensitive codebases.
• Strong product judgment, systems curiosity, communication skills, ownership, and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Ability to improve team quality through technical judgment, reusable workflows, and mentoring by example.

• Rust or Windows systems experience.
• Real-time media, game streaming, or interactive media experience.
• Graphics, GPU, capture, rendering, or video encoding experience.
• Distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or production platform experience.
