What you will do

  • Take full responsibility for the project lifecycle, including definition, facilitation, and satisfactory completion of client-facing projects.
  • Manage project scope and objectives, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards within time and cost constraints.
  • Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
  • Perform active risk management to mitigate or eliminate impacts on project success.
  • Manage the handover to support teams, including operational impact assessments and transition plans.
  • Maintain consistent communication and project governance with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in the FinTech ecosystem.
  • Required experience in Cards, Payments, or payment schemes.
  • Proven ability to manage clients, third-party vendors, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment within a multi-stakeholder setup.
  • Ability to work across multiple geographic time zones.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an ability to handle high-pressure situations.
