What you will do

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of CRM projects, including global promotions, feature rollouts, and data integrations.
• Design and implement best-practice operating models to streamline internal CRM functions across various business units.
• Act as the primary link between technical teams, marketing, and customer operations to ensure effective platform leverage.
• Configure, test, and deploy CRM functionality while collaborating with IT to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and reports to monitor project performance and customer engagement metrics.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, timelines, stakeholder maps, and risk registers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or CRM-related roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Trello.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia to work from the office.
