What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex voice, data, and IP service orders to ensure timely provisioning.
• Act as the primary customer contact and escalation point, proactively resolving issues and managing risks.
• Coordinate change management activities (moves, adds, changes) across customer networks with internal teams and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Utilize order management systems (e.g., Helix) to track progress and drive data-informed decisions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-focused telecommunications environments.
• Proven project and order management capability.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications products and technologies (voice, data, IP, networking).
• Hands-on experience managing complex provisioning and MAC activities.
• Proficiency with order management systems (e.g., Helix) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Macquarie Park, NSW.
