What you will do

• Own the direction, roadmap, and execution for telecom solutions.
• Lead feature development for Voice, UC, CC, and AI solutions.
• Translate customer, partner, and regulatory requirements into clear product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Regulatory teams to deliver market-ready solutions.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to service quality, reliability, and profitability.
• Analyze emerging technologies and competitor UCaaS solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in business voice, UCaaS, or telecom services.
• Deep technical understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols, and SBCs.
• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with regulatory and financial data.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
