Location: 100% On-Site in Bowling Green (OH), Los Lunas (NM), Washington (WI), Eagle Mountain (UT), or Sparks (NV)

Salary: $93,600 – $104,000 (based on $45–$50/hr)

What you will do

• Promote and support an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC) across the project site.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct detailed incident investigations and manage injury/illness cases.
• Develop project safety roadmaps and maintain all necessary safety documentation.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate corrective actions and drive continuous safety improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in large-scale construction safety.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• BCSP certification required or preferred (CSP, CHST, ASP, STSC, OHST, etc.).
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, or data center construction projects.
• Ability to work night shifts and an overtime schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Nice to have

• Electrical construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI standards.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or Engineering.
