What you will do

• Manage all aspects of program scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance for complex application development contracts.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams of at least 20 personnel, including hiring and performance management.
• Interface with senior client management, including briefings at the CIO/CISO level.
• Ensure contract deliverables meet quality standards and SLOs, while managing subcontractors.
• Support IT security audits including FISMA, FISCAM, and OIG requirements.
• Implement risk management strategies and optimize processes to maximize team efficiency.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required (ability to obtain Top Secret).
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Business.
• 11+ years of experience managing enterprise application development and modernization programs.
• Active PMP certification.
• Expert-level command of English (oral and written).
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53/57, Zero Trust).
