What you will do

• Test and maintain electrical systems up to 480v, including instrument transformers, power transformers, and circuit breakers.
• Perform troubleshooting of automatic transfer switches, generator testing, and power meter testing.
• Execute relay calibration and utilize load and power quality recording instrumentation.
• Generate comprehensive technical reports and record test results in detailed project booklets.
• Interpret electrical standards to ensure all products meet quality and safety specifications.
• Travel to customer locations as required to assist with testing and commissioning.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in the electrical industry, specifically with troubleshooting and commissioning of electrical switchgear systems.
• Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electronics is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pelzer, SC, United States.
