What you will do
- Lead the demand generation function, managing BDR, Paid, Organic, and ABM programs to hit pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute coordinated growth plans for both existing markets and new market launches.
- Optimize the end-to-end customer journey from initial intent to lead, win, and subsequent upsell.
- Build and evolve marketing processes and supporting technologies, including the integration of AI.
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, and Product Marketing to align on handoffs, governance, and pipeline goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Demand Generation and Business Development within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing large marketing budgets and leading BDR teams.
- Deep expertise in all aspects of B2B pipeline generation and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, math, economics, or a relevant discipline.
- Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Walnut Creek, California
